Rental Quotation/Invoice

1) The rental rates are quoted on a monthly basis. Minimum 10 hours charged per shift per day, 6 days/60 hours per week, 26 days/260 hours per month for a single-shift, minimum hire period of 1 month. Extra hours will be charged on a pro-rata basis. During Ramadan period, the minimum chargeable hours shall be 8 hours per shift per day.

2) Minimum hire period shall be for 1 Month.

3) Owner will provide a certified operator with a valid UAE license and Safety certificate.

4) If the equipment will be working nearshore or offshore, marine insurance is required to be issued by the hirer at his/her cost.

5) If the equipment is worn out or damaged it will be replaced by the owner at hirer cost.

6) Provided further that in addition to hire charges, the invoice amount shall also be inclusive of all duties and taxes as and when deemed applicable under the UAE tax regulations.

7) Visa, access passes, road permits, work permits, food, accommodation, transportation, medical tests and any additional safety requirement for owner staff (Operators, Supervisors and Technicians) along with Low Beds and Trailers by hirer at their expense.

8) Road Permit will be arranged by the hirer at his/her cost outside the UAE. Toll gate fees for any lowbed or flat trailer will be charged at the hirer account.

9) Diesel will be provided by the hirer at their expense.

10) Expenses related to Documentation, Taxes, customs clearance, Fees and Road Permissions for the Equipment in the UAE and elsewhere shall be borne by the hirer at his expense.

11) The work in the site will be under hirer supervision and responsibility.

12) The PO should match our terms and conditions mentioned in our hiring quotation and the reference No. of our hiring quotations on the PO.

13) CAR, Cargo Marine and Marine offshore operation Insurance to be provided by the hirer.

14) All equipment is subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

15) Terms of payment: Cash in advance.

16) Bank Guarantee to cover the value of the machine and the total duration rent charges.

17) Upon initial confirmation by the hirer, a detailed Hire Agreement will be issued by the owner in 2 original sets which shall be mutually signed and retained by both parties.

18) Terms of payment: 60 days from the date of the invoice.

19) Quotation is valid only for a number of days set by the Owner.

20) Quotation is based and subject to our Hire Agreement .

This offer has been made subject to individual sale. For local sales, VAT is applicable according to the rules and regulations of the United Arab Emirates. The offer's total amount does not include VAT charges. Exporting customers (buyers from outside UAE/sellers for outside UAE) are exempt from VAT charges. This offer includes delivery and transportation to Jebel Ali Port, Dubai. Local customers get delivery at our yard. This offer is valid for a period of one week.

Al Marwan is able to supply all service/replacement parts for this and any other order such as air filters, fuel filters, oil filters, or any other spare part which you believe is necessary for the smooth future operation of your selected machine's hourly usage. You may choose the part order frequency for 6 months, one year, two years, or alternatively, purchase in bulk. Please note that we can also supply a range of heavy equipment spare parts, and we virtually carry service parts for any machine category and brand.

These particular machines in the quote herein are physically located at our sales yard in the 15th Industrial Area, Sharjah, UAE. You are welcome to visit and inspect the machines on order prior to the sale appointment.

Used Equipment Sale

All units are in good working order, with minimal-to-no visible damage, their external and internal structure is dry and well-maintained to their like-new condition. Alternators and electric panels are in very good condition. These machines were designed for silent & continuous operation in high-temperature environments.

In case of accepting this quotation, and prior to closing the deal, we can arrange load test demonstrations of these units by load induction banks, upwards of 80% of the machine capacity.
