Luxury with Sustainability at its Core

Magna is designed with sustainability in mind, integrating conservation, preservation, and rejuvenation of native flora and fauna. The development will utilize advanced technologies and architectural techniques to create ultra-modern amenities that seamlessly merge with nature. This commitment to sustainability is evident in every stage of NEOM’s development plans, from design to construction and long-term maintenance.

Impact and Opportunities

Magna, as NEOM’s premier coastal region, will not only aspire to attract tourists, but also provide a luxurious lifestyle for residents, enhancing the region's appeal as a premier destination for both leisure and investment. The development is projected to accommodate 14,500 residents and attract over 300,000 overnight visitors annually. This destination with its 15 hotels is planned to generate substantial income contributing SAR 2.6 billion to the Kingdom's GDP by 2030, as well as create 15,000 jobs across the tourism, leisure, and hospitality sectors.

As the construction of this lifestyle coastal destination progresses, it is expected to supply a significant opportunity for investors and developers to be part of one of the world’s most pioneering projects. This also presents a golden opportunity for service providers such as heavy equipment rental companies as well as low-hours heavy machinery suppliers and authorized machinery distributors and dealers to play a significant part of this futuristic endeavor.
As NEOM continues to evolve, Magna promises to be a game-changer in the world of luxury tourism as part of Saudi Arabia's commitment to innovation, sustainability, and economic diversification under Vision 2030.
