The journey of constructing the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Sharjah Waterfront began in 2014, as an ambitious vision to create a luxurious and modern hospitality destination. Through collaborative efforts with the engineering consultant, Mazaya Consulting Engineers, our team was instrumental in ensuring the timely completion of this magnificent hotel. After years of meticulous planning, construction, and dedication, the hotel celebrated its grand opening in 2021, marking a momentous milestone in its illustrious journey.

Throughout the construction process, our team encountered various challenges that required innovative solutions. One of the major hurdles was the excavation and leveling of the hotel's foundation. The site's complex topography posed difficulties in achieving precise grading and earthmoving. To overcome this, we deployed our advanced bulldozers for rent and excavators for rent, equipped with cutting-edge GPS technology. This allowed us to accurately navigate the challenging terrain, ensuring a solid foundation for the hotel's construction.

Mitigating Challenges

Another significant challenge we faced was the installation of the hotel's extensive network of utilities and infrastructure. From plumbing and electrical systems to heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, each element required meticulous precision. Our team of skilled operators flawlessly maneuvered our state-of-the-art equipment, including cranes for rent and aerial lifts for rent, to facilitate the installation process. It has the capacity to welcome up to 254 guests, and in its first year alone, it has already catered to over 65,000 diners.
