Arada Developments recently reached a major milestone with the award of a $27 million infrastructure contract for Phase 2 of Aljada, a $6.5 billion mixed-use landmark in Sharjah. This massive undertaking involves the complex integration of power, water, and communications networks, alongside extensive landscaping and road construction across several residential communities.

Specialized Heavy Equipment for Moving and Compacting Materials

The property development project was no simple task, and there needed various specialized heavy equipment was needed to complete the work, including bulldozers for rent, graders for rent, and piling rigs for rent. Bulldozers were used to level the ground and prepare it for further construction. The large, 112-ton Komatsu D475A dozer was first debuted on this site to move large piles of sand and material to create a clean, even surface.

Grading work was handled by graders, who ensured that the ground had the proper slope for drainage and water flow. Machines such as the new Komatsu GD755-5R motor grader have a specialized blade that can cut and level the ground at precise angles. In addition to these machines, Al Marwan Machinery also used sheet piling rigs for rent to lay the foundations for subsequent commercial and residential structures around the major Sharjah community development project.
