On October 23, 2026, Al Marwan Machinery was honored to host a high-profile delegation of guests coming from Kobelco Japan, representing both Kobelco Middle East and Kobelco Japan. This executive visit underscored the strength of the decades-long partnership between Al Marwan and Kobelco.

The executive visit commenced with an in-depth management meeting where Al Marwan presented a comprehensive overview of major operational updates, achievements, and technical milestones realized over the past year. Immediately following the briefing, the delegation held an online conference with Al Marwan branch managers across Syria, Oman, and Saudi Arabia (KSA) to discuss regional strategies and align operational goals.

Following the strategy sessions, the Kobelco leadership team embarked on a detailed tour across Al Marwan’s main Sharjah facilities. The walk-through spanned key operational divisions, including:

1. Central Workshop & Services: Inspection of our advanced maintenance bays and specialized equipment servicing hubs, where our structured annual. Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) provide proactive servicing and maximum uptime.

2. Parts Showroom & Yard: A tour of our parts showroom and central yard to review inventory systems for genuine OEM components
3. Fabrication Center: Direct view of upgraded fabrication units and engineering offices, and the new technology center offices.

Utilizing high-tensile steel welding, precision manufacturing, and structured stress-relief processes, the team converts standard carrier units into robust high-reach machinery.

The department engineers solutions for heavy machinery including Kobelco excavators like the SK500 and SK850.
